29th November 2011 Dear Members, The WASCC will be holding its Annual General Meeting on the 21st of December 2011 at Gloucester Park. This year there will be eight committee members (including the President) who will be standing down. These committee members have the opportunity to re nominate, however as any member of 12 month standing can nominate we would like to provide all nominees with the ability to address members on the 12th of December at an information night. A nomination form is attached and can be forwarded to the WASCC Office for processing. In addition to having nominees address the membership we will be having a general update on issues at the club and the redevelopment.
