Dear Members,
Please note the WA Sporting Car Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting as per the details above.
Business of the General Meeting will include;
- Tabling and confirmation of the minutes of all General Meetings since the previous AGM.
- Reading and Tabling of a report by the General Manager on the activity of the preceding year of the association.
- Reading, Tabling and adoption of the Financial Reports.
- Any special resolutions of which fourteen, (14) days prior notice before the date of the meeting has been given.
- Election of the President
- Election of members of the committee
- General Business
Following the AGM the club will be holding a Christmas function for members and the presentation of Annual Awards.
